A design leader in acoustics is seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage specifications and negotiate with contractors. Based in Paris, the successful candidate will implement sales strategies across Southern Europe and strengthen relationships with architects and contractors in the region. The role requires a strong technical knowledge and ability to engage with stakeholders effectively. Competitive salary and opportunities for growth are offered.

Driving our sales in France, Italy and Spain, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Director within Acoustics and Architectural driven components to take the lead in managing presentations for specifications, negotiating with contractors and building a strong specification pipeline.

Your Role

As Sales Director Acoustics, you will play a key role in conducting specification sales into some of the world's best architectural studios. With a strong technical knowledge and architectural language, you will ensure deals are closed and make a footprint on our global vision.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Implement sales strategy for Southern Europe for Acoustics.
  • Build and cultivate proactively Kvadrat’s specification portfolio of top architects in France. Support our sales team with Architects and interior designers to deliver projects specified out of Paris.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with contractors, PM’s, QS’s and Acousticians throughout the region.
  • Be an expert on Kvadrat Acoustics products and function as a technical advisor; educating and supporting key customers and prospects with the data and information needed to provide the best possible solution.
  • Drive implementation of Kvadrat Acoustics strategy among our French team.
  • Track and record customer and prospect interactions. Provide monthly reports on sales figures, invoicing, and portfolio numbers.
  • Lead French acoustic team and gain strong collaboration with A&E salespeople.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Skilled in prospect tracking, inflow analysis, and closing strategies
  • Ability to engage with architects on a technical level to insure implementation of adapted acoustics solutions
  • Align with multiple stakeholders (architects, contractors, specialists)
  • You are based in Paris and has a strong knowledge of the A&D community
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally to secure complex projects
  • Skilled in negotiation and communication at all levels
  • Acknowledged leadership and people management competencies
  • You have minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in the architectural industry or from relevant industries, and a few years as people leader
  • Strong knowledge in French market for Acoustics and Architectural driven components is highly desirable
  • As a person, you are a natural networker
  • You are proactive, structured and able to ‘close the deal’
  • You are curious to learn about Kvadrat and our products
