The candidate will present and promote software products, schedule demonstrations, and achieve sales targets. Umbrava is a SaaS facilities management platform that provides support to multi-site retailers, facilities managers, and service providers to assist with vendor/work order management of services including maintenance, store remodels and improvements, HVAC, plumbing, janitorial services, small-to-medium construction projects, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interacts with new and existing clients to increase leads and sales of our proprietary software product.
  • Present and promote our internal software product to initially conduct sales.
  • Represent the company and the product software to current and prospective clients via phone, email, virtual webinar, and in person by persuasive communication.
  • Schedule and host demonstrations of our product software.
  • Develop prospect and lead lists, using typical and creative methods that will convert contacts into clients.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes at each stage of the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with other departments when onboarding new clients.
  • Provide management with reports on sales performance, prospects, innovations, marketing opportunities, and more.
  • Enthusiastically seek personal and company feedback from team members and clients.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience with sales (software sales preferred)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and processes
  • Capability of analyzing and interpreting data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a conversational and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present and communicate persuasively.
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to different audiences.
