Are you ready to lead an international sales and marketing strategy and grow into a General Management role?

The Centre International d’Antibes (CIA) is a leading provider of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) programmes, welcoming 8,000 students from around the world each year. As part of its continued international growth, CIA is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to strengthen its leadership team.

The Role
  • Define and drive the B2C sales and marketing strategy, with a planned expansion into B2B.
  • Lead, develop and structure a 15‑person sales and marketing team.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities across international markets.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the organisation.
  • Clear career progression toward a General Management position within 3–5 years.
The Profile
  • Background in sales, marketing and people management.
  • Proven leadership, commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
  • Experience in language travel, education, or the wider tourism sector is highly valued.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
