Overview
Two Responsible Drinking Initiatives Interns sought for a 6-month internship at Pernod Ricard. One internship starts at the end of January 2026, the other in March 2026. Based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Station, Paris 8).
About the team and role
The Sustainability & Responsibility (S&R) function guides the Group’s vision to unlock the magic of human connections by bringing Good Times from a Good Place. The Responsible Hosting pillar focuses on responsible drinking and ensuring brands are enjoyed responsibly. The Public Affairs department (18 people) includes a responsibility & prevention sub‑department of 5 people that rolls out the Responsible Hosting strategy across the group, working with S&R, Communications, Marketing and other teams.
We are hiring two interns who will split the missions based on project timelines, planning, workload, and the managers they report to.
Your key missions
- Mission 1: Assistance on the Responsible Drinking Strategy and Roadmap
- Assist and support the team in implementing the global Responsible Drinking Strategy and Roadmap
- Carry out desk research on alcohol consumption trends, responsible drinking & prevention programmes
- Assist in coordination with the different HQ departments
- Mission 2: Assistance in coordination of global rollout of the DRINK MORE WATER prevention campaign
- Support the launch of the first premium activation of the program across global events and other affiliates
- Follow the digital implementation of the campaign on global social media channels targeting young adults
- Help with preparation of material before events and follow-up after events and campaigns (presentations, reports, monitoring, and feedback collection from affiliates & partners)
- Support in communication and promotion of the programme, especially to affiliates wishing to implement on-the-field
- Mission 3: Assistance in implementing global anti-drink driving initiatives
- Develop consumer-facing assets for digital breathalysers’ initiative at Brand Homes and other communications
- Assist in organizing stakeholder events for Autosobriety project with UNI TAR, the UN institution
- Assist in developing program documentation (e.g., Autosobriety guiding principles/playbook)
- Prepare material before events and follow up on internal and external events and network calls (presentations, reports, monitoring; collect feedback from affiliates & partners)
- Mission 4: Assistance on gathering and consolidation of Group Responsible Drinking Reporting and CSRD
- Coordinate reporting processes (e.g., prepare pre-reporting presentations to explain the process to affiliates)
- Assist in post-reporting: validate affiliates’ reporting forms, consolidate reporting and prepare decks with analytics/highlights
- Help implement transformation related to CSRD requirements into Responsible Drinking reporting
- Mission 5: Assistance on other external and internal responsible drinking projects
- Bar World of Tomorrow initiative: prepare tools and communications assets (presentations, flyers, posts)
- Responsible Drinking brand campaigns: assist in preparation of materials, monitoring and communications to promote responsible drinking
- Consumer Information / digital labelling project (E-Label): monitor data and prepare monthly infographics for Public Affairs colleagues
- Mission 6: Assistance in promoting responsible drinking internally to make every employee an ambassador of moderation
- Internal initiatives to raise awareness: assist in preparing events and communications
- Internal engagement & trainings: contribute to updates on internal training programmes and content
What we’re looking for
- You are pursuing a degree in Corporate Social Responsibility or Communication/Marketing or Public Affairs/Public Policies
- You have strong interest in social sustainability and cultural norms/trends
- CSR/sustainability experience is a plus
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Excellent writing skills and good knowledge of communication tools
- Proficient in PowerPoint with strong visualization skills
- Very structured and able to analyze non-financial data to derive insights
Important note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.
