La Division Services Industriels du Groupe Daher propose à ses clients avionneurs l'assemblage structurel et mécanique de sous-ensembles complexes, l'installation d'équipements et la maintenance. Elle accompagne ses clients tout au long de leur cycle de production, directement sur leurs lignes de production ou en ex-situ, assurant ainsi un soutien constant.

Au sein de Daher Services Industriels, l’unité Manufacturing Engineering met en place, structure et pilote des activités d’industrialisation, de méthodes, de support technique et de consulting industriel chez ses clients. Les équipes sont mobilisées autour du support à la production d’aéronefs, en amont, au sein et en aval des chaines d’assemblage. Elles agissent en pivot entre les bureaux d’études et la production, assurant la faisabilité technique des avions et hélicoptères, en garantissant les plus hauts standards industriels de sécurité et de qualité. L’unité, en pleine croissance, compte près de 400 collaborateurs en France, en Angleterre et en Allemagne, sur les sites industriels de ses clients fabricants d’aéronefs.

Responsibilities
  • To consolidate project progress within their scope of programs, and ensure the achievement of the associated revenue targets.
  • Define and mediate on program priorities
  • Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and financial performance targets
  • Act as the preferred point of contact with customers
  • Coordinate, lead and manage multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams (plan workloads, support employees in achieving their goals and share best practices)
  • Ensure time, quality and cost targets are met (in terms of achieving milestones, validating product compliance and monitoring budgets), anticipate schedule drifts and variances, and ensure commitments are met
  • Chair and formalize program management meetings (SeeD routines, full program, etc.)
  • Ensure the application of the Daher repository for project management processes (SeeD launch, gates, etc.)
Additional responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization stakeholders
  • Address and resolve QSE alerts raised by personnel
  • Ensure that your team has the skills required for their jobs (QSE training, accreditations, etc.)
  • Support QSE maturity development in your sector

The activities are to be adapted for employees on work / study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to remain consistent with their theory training.
