Une entreprise leader dans le secteur électronique recherche un Responsable Achats enthousiaste et expérimenté pour gérer son équipe et optimiser ses processus d'approvisionnement. Vous serez chargé de développer des stratégies d'achat, de former des relations fournisseurs et de piloter des projets d'amélioration continue. Votre expertise en négociation et votre capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle enrichissant.

Qualifications

• Expérience minimale de 5 ans en tant qu'acheteur, de préférence dans le secteur électronique.
• Anglais professionnel requis pour sourcing international.

Responsabilités

• Gestion et développement de l'équipe achat (3 personnes).
• Mise en place de stratégies d'achats par catégorie et gestion des fournisseurs.

Functions

Reporting to the Operations Director, your main missions will include:

• Managing and developing the purchasing/procurement team (3 people)
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies by category
• Establishing supplier relationships through contracts (framework contract, quality contract, logistics protocol, etc.)
• Conducting international sourcing in electronics and mechanical categories to identify the best suppliers for inclusion in the panel
• Evaluating suppliers and building a target panel per purchase category
• Negotiating and benchmarking with strategic suppliers
• Standardizing and optimizing team workflows
• Adjusting ERP parameters to optimize delivery frequencies, lot sizes, and stock levels
• Identifying supplier risks and implementing preventive actions
• Implementing a purchasing/approvisionnement dashboard and taking corrective actions when objectives are not met

Qualifications

Higher education such as a Bachelor's degree, business school, or engineering school, ideally complemented by a specialization in purchasing. You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a buyer, preferably in the electronics sector (electronic components sector). You are recognized for your managerial and leadership qualities. You enjoy challenges and transformation projects, continuous improvement of the company. You are proactive, creative, open-minded, and highly committed to supporting change. Your curiosity and negotiation skills are key assets for success in this role. You are proficient with office tools and ERP environments. You have a professional level of English enabling you to conduct international sourcing. Knowledge of another language will be an advantage.
