In this role, you will lead a quality team focused on ensuring the highest standards across various stations. Your expertise will drive subcontractor quality and facilitate audits and reviews that promote operational excellence. Accountabilities
  • Manage the ATR quality team on stations 45 SUD / 50 SUD / 25 SUD / 22, including engines preparation and assembly.
  • Drive subcontractor quality management for national stations, focusing on operational priorities and KPI follow-up.
  • Participate in product surveillance activities, including audits and internal processes.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews to monitor quality-related technical topics and implementation.
  • Serve as a backup leader for the Quality Unit.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in the aeronautics industry with a focus on quality management.
  • Educational background in production quality, industrial management, or aeronautical maintenance.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems as well as aircraft operations and assembly standards.
  • Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Strong soft skills: rigor, autonomy, teamwork, agility, and organizational skills.
