Cloudera is seeking an RVP of Sales to manage our enterprise business in France. You will be responsible for leading a top performing team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on Cloudera customers. Responsible for setting team objectives, coaching, providing feedback, working with them through issues and assisting them in navigating through their job functions and deliverables.
The RVP of Sales is responsible for accurate forecasting and strong operational cadence across the business. They will manage both new and existing customer growth including large deal creation and pipeline planning and generation. We require someone who can work within and outside of departments and who is hardworking, smart and loves to win.
