We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (m / f) to oversee and develop our commercial activities in the northern half of France (Nantes to Strasbourg).

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will play a key role in growing new business and managing key accounts in your assigned region.

This position is based either in Strasbourg or in the Paris region.

Your tasks
  • Sales targets and cost management : Achieve stipulated sales targets and manage related costs
  • Sales team management : Conduct performance reviews provide on-the-job support for staff interviews and define target agreements with the help of HR
  • Customer acquisition and management : Lead efforts to acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Market strategy implementation : Develop and implement market-specific strategies to improve business growth
  • Market data analysis : Collect and analyze current market data to inform business decisions
  • Product launches and customer training : Support the introduction of new products and train customers on their applications
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) : Maintain and update CRM information following company guidelines
  • Regional campaigns : Develop and implement marketing campaigns and sales support activities in your region
Your profile
  • Experience : Minimum of 8 to 10 years of responsibility in sales organizations
  • Education : Bachelors degree
  • Expertise : Solid knowledge of market management sales and key account management
  • Skills : Excellent planning management and negotiation skills
  • Language skills : Fluency in English is a prerequisite
  • Interpersonal skills : Communication and negotiation skills
