Job title: Regional Retail Design Project Manager

About the role
The Regional Retail Design Project Manager is responsible for leading retail design projects from concept through execution. This role acts as the key liaison between design teams, marketing, vendors, construction partners to ensure that all retail environments reflect brand guidelines and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage permanent projects (shop in shops, wall units, gondolas) and temporary animations from design conception to production execution and project management.
- Revision of 2D technical drawings from Europe / UK markets to follow our guidelines ensuring perfect execution while respecting retailer guidelines.
- Debrief the global projects team for new permanent spaces or adapting them for global validation.
- Liaise with our retailers for vendor packs.
- Manage local agencies and suppliers, ensuring quality production and installation work is done on time while building a strong relationship with retailers and suppliers.
- Manage material validation with local suppliers.
- Create regional merchandising planograms.
- Obtain all documentation related to store opening, installation permits, etc. within deadlines.
- Track budgets and cost negotiation with partners, ensuring project execution is within assigned budgets; report to global office yearly list of projects.

Desired Background and Experience
- The suitable candidate must have a designer or architect background (degree or equivalent).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or other CAD software.
- Understanding of material properties, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail within parfums & cosmetics or luxury retail.
