A global leader in construction solutions is looking for a Supply Chain Process Specialist in Torcy, France. This role involves implementing and optimizing demand forecasting processes, monitoring performance through KPIs, and driving digital transformation. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Supply Chain Management, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in process design and optimization. This position offers hybrid working arrangements in modern offices.

Implement new demand and production forecasting processes or modify existing ones according Group Strategy.
Develop and document processes, including testing and training
Insure systems parameters and data quality such as lead times, safety stocks, reordering point, MOQ, etc...
Set governance and decision rights (Establish roles and responsibilities, calendars for demand review, supply review, balancing, S&OP execution, how exceptions are escalated, etc...)
Monitor process performance through KPIs’ (forecast accuracy/bias, OTIF, plan adherence, capacity utilization, inventory turns, obsolescence)
Identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize data analysis to identify trends and areas for optimization.
Proactively support the roll out of Supply Chain digital eco-system for Planning activities (Blue Yonder)
Acting as a Demand/ Production/ S&OP process specialist
Being point of contact for Group, WEI Countries and for other Streams
Build & Develop Regional Planning community across the 7 countries in the Region
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns.
Based on production capabilities vs sales forecasts, reallocate the capacities within the WEI Region and liaise with other Regions/Group to search or to fulfill extrarequests
Lead crisis management, risks mitigation and insure the follow up of the balancing commitments
Sales Demand/ Production & Suppliers capacities/ Balancing Budget in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Procurement Departments
Reconciliate to financial plans, valuation of scenarios and inventory targets
Drive change management practices to ensure adoption of new processes
Define competencies and trainings in collaboration with Human Resources
Leading workstream teams and clearing obstacles.
Facilitating decision-making and ensuring project milestones are met.
Functional expertise. You know how to design, standardize, and continuously improve end‑to‑end Planning processes across countries; to ensure KPI performance, compliance, system enablement, and stakeholder adoption.
Digital mindset and analytical skills. You understand and analyse sales, production and financial data to drive optimization and contribute to customer service level as well as P&L continuous improvement. You are confort with KPIs, diagnostics and scenario analysis.
You understand digital transformation through S&OP tools (Demand planning, production planning, Order promiser with systems such as: Blue Yonder)
Business ownership You will proactively take all necessary actions to get things done in an international matrix set‑up. You understand trade‑offs to focus on what matters the most, balancing global, regional and national needs to maximize value creation for the region.
Exceptional communications skills. (including presentations): you can exchange in both formal and informal ways with all levels in the Group and you can promote & cascade clearly any strategically decision taken by the Group and the Region. You can as well listen to the countries and support their needs in any optimization.
Functional leadership in a Region in Development: You will take care to build up the Supply Chain Planning community through the WEI Region and engage this community in the transformation journey.
