In this role, you will ensure the reliability, consistency, and overall quality of complex software solutions by applying strong QA methodologies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, validating fixes, conducting various types of testing, and contributing to quality improvements across the development lifecycle. • Document test results clearly and track issues to ensure full visibility of QA activities.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses and partner with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
• Contribute to defining and improving QA standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively across functions.
• Maintain a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in various work situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software quality assurance with a focus on manual testing.
• Experience with LibreOffice testing is required.
• Strong understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of Linux environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities and comfort working in distributed teams.
