A leading quality engineering firm is seeking a Director with significant hands-on delivery experience in the Media and Entertainment domain. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, leading teams of 40 or more. Responsibilities include managing RFPs and ensuring high-quality delivery at customer locations. Excellent communication skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience including strong hands-on delivery in the Media and Entertainment domain.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within the M&E domain is mandatory.
• Experience leading large teams with at least 40+ FTEs.

Job Description

• Strong hands‑on delivery experience within the Media and Entertainment (M&E) domain.
• At least 5+ years of contiguous leadership experience within the M&E domain.
• Mandatory experience in QA/QE leadership.
• Hands‑on experience with RFPs (Request for Proposals), solutioning, and related processes.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, with at least 40+ FTEs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Onshore leadership experience at customer locations (for part of the career) is preferred, alongside delivery experience.
