Description du poste

Process owner of the contractual Quality Management process, he/she contributes to the improvement of the contract’s Quality performance and to the satisfaction of relevant interested parties (client, NorSea, SPIE, staff, suppliers, and partners).

He/She ensures the deployment of NorSPIE’s QHSE Management Policy within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Drawing up and implementing a 3-year internal audit program covering contractual, ISO 9001:2015, and SPIE’s Internal Control Standards requirements.
  2. Preparing the third-party external audit program in collaboration with the procurement department.
  3. Preparing and attending NorSPIE internal and external audits.
  4. Maintaining and following up the quality action plan.
  5. Organizing the yearly contract processes review and contract management review.
  6. Maintaining a continuous improvement process by analyzing opportunities for improvement and ensuring non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions are implemented per NorSPIE’s procedures.
  7. Performing risk analysis and implementing preventive actions.
  8. Processing customer requests relating to quality (complaints, qualification files, etc.).
  9. Maintaining and controlling NorSPIE’s document management system.
  10. Communicating information about the Quality Management System to all relevant parties.
  11. Establishing and updating the Contract Quality Plan.
  12. Ensuring the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
  13. Monitoring, maintaining, and servicing tools.
  14. Managing the Information Management System as per ISO 27001:2022.
  15. Liaising with Contract Manager, SPIE Energy Danmark Country QHSE Manager, and ENA BU QHSE Manager.
  16. Working closely with NorSPIE HSE Manager to manage the Integrated Management System.
  17. Taking minutes of meetings for monthly GMC, consortium, and weekly commercial meetings.

In addition, the role involves:

  1. Complying with safety culture aligned with NorSPIE and TEPDK HSE requirements and rules.
  2. Contributing to updating HSE documentation and participating in hazard analyses, incident investigations, and root cause analyses as needed.
  3. Immediately informing the HSE officer of HSE issues.

Further responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and preparing for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
  2. Preparing the subsidiary for external audits.
  3. Performing internal audits as per the 3-year plan and reporting non-conformities.
  4. Keeping subsidiary documentation up to date.
  5. Supporting management with Preventive Observation Visits, site QHSE visits, and yearly process reviews.
  6. Maintaining and following up the subsidiary QHSE Action Plan and assisting with Workplace Assessments.

Required competencies include:

  • Mastery of ISO 9000 family standards

  • Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa diagrams, Cause tree)
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus
