Process owner of the contractual Quality Management process, he/she contributes to the improvement of the contract’s Quality performance and to the satisfaction of relevant interested parties (client, NorSea, SPIE, staff, suppliers, and partners).
He/She ensures the deployment of NorSPIE’s QHSE Management Policy within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Drawing up and implementing a 3-year internal audit program covering contractual, ISO 9001:2015, and SPIE’s Internal Control Standards requirements.
- Preparing the third-party external audit program in collaboration with the procurement department.
- Preparing and attending NorSPIE internal and external audits.
- Maintaining and following up the quality action plan.
- Organizing the yearly contract processes review and contract management review.
- Maintaining a continuous improvement process by analyzing opportunities for improvement and ensuring non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions are implemented per NorSPIE’s procedures.
- Performing risk analysis and implementing preventive actions.
- Processing customer requests relating to quality (complaints, qualification files, etc.).
- Maintaining and controlling NorSPIE’s document management system.
- Communicating information about the Quality Management System to all relevant parties.
- Establishing and updating the Contract Quality Plan.
- Ensuring the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and servicing tools.
- Managing the Information Management System as per ISO 27001:2022.
- Liaising with Contract Manager, SPIE Energy Danmark Country QHSE Manager, and ENA BU QHSE Manager.
- Working closely with NorSPIE HSE Manager to manage the Integrated Management System.
- Taking minutes of meetings for monthly GMC, consortium, and weekly commercial meetings.
In addition, the role involves:
- Complying with safety culture aligned with NorSPIE and TEPDK HSE requirements and rules.
- Contributing to updating HSE documentation and participating in hazard analyses, incident investigations, and root cause analyses as needed.
- Immediately informing the HSE officer of HSE issues.
Further responsibilities include:
- Assisting in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification and preparing for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications.
- Preparing the subsidiary for external audits.
- Performing internal audits as per the 3-year plan and reporting non-conformities.
- Keeping subsidiary documentation up to date.
- Supporting management with Preventive Observation Visits, site QHSE visits, and yearly process reviews.
- Maintaining and following up the subsidiary QHSE Action Plan and assisting with Workplace Assessments.
