Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a management position is essential.
• A good overall education to ‘A’ Level / NVQ Level 3 or 4 standard or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of I.T. including email and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Overseeing property management of assigned properties across Vertus Portfolio.
• Managing costs for turnaround of apartments and ensuring competitive quotes.
• Producing weekly and monthly reports on all KPIs.
