Company Description

We are recruiting a Business Manager HT / Underground Lines (M / F) for one of our clients — a leading European engineering group specializing in high-voltage networks and energy infrastructure. With headquarters in Switzerland and operations across Europe, our client supports major players in the energy and industrial sectors.


As part of the expansion of its French activities, our client is looking for a driven and technically skilled professional to help launch and develop new high-voltage projects (overhead lines and underground links).


Working closely with a project team based in Lausanne, you will take a central role in developing the business in France, driving project execution, and supporting the growth of the local presence.


Position

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be :



  • Manage projects in the high-voltage infrastructure sector (overhead lines, underground links, mainly HVB)

  • Contribute to business development in France, respond to tenders and conduct commercial negotiations

  • Act as the primary technical contact for projects in France

  • Contribute to strengthening the team based in France by attracting and integrating new talent

  • Collaborate with technical teams in Switzerland

  • Participate in international line projects

  • Carry out engineering studies for overhead and / or underground links in compliance with applicable guidelines and standards

Profile sought


  • Holder of a higher education degree in mechanical, civil, electrical engineering, or equivalent

  • Experienced in project management within the high-voltage overhead or underground line sector

  • Proficient in PLS CADD and TOWER (mandatory). Knowledge of PLS POLE is an asset

  • Strong report‑writing, presentation, and communication skills

  • Fluent English desired


Other information

Compensation structure : Annual fixed salary + variable bonus + profit-sharing + PEG / PERCOL with employer contributions + company benefits + corporate restaurant subsidy.
