Reporting to the PCS Management Controller, the Management Controller works closely with two teams—one in the United States and one in France—and has the following main responsibilities:
- Managing monthly client invoicing: gathering billing data from operational teams, verifying invoice entries, and sending invoices.
- Handling customer claims and maintaining good client relationships.
- Performing management control activities to prepare reports for the group: monthly closing, revenue analysis, monthly forecasts, etc.
- Advising scientific operational teams on financial matters.
- Monitoring the order book and sales.
- Preparing and reviewing accounting entries related to revenue and customer receivables.
- Monitoring accounts receivable and sending payment reminders.
- Participating in the integration of the two U.S. entities into KPI tracking.
- Contributing to the development of the Research Tax Credit (eligibility rate, time tracking, etc.).
Additional Responsibilities
- Provides backup for the Sales Administration Officer (ADV) during absences.
- May assist the Head of Sales Management Control with all department activities.
Required Skills
- Master’s degree (Business School or equivalent university program)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in management control, finance, or audit
- Very strong English skills, both written and spoken, due to regular interactions with U.S.-based teams
- Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to analyze, synthesize, and present financial data
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (operations, finance, international teams)
