Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in Train Operation and System Maintenance (TOSM) in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, forward-thinking, and passionate teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting TOSM projects from tender transfer through the life of the project, including mobilization support to right-size the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Services, Product Lines, and Support Functions such as HR, Finance, and Legal), ensure operational excellence, and lead the Customer Support pillar within the TOSM Project Support organization.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and managing TOSM standards, forecasts, and technical networks, but also assure project efficiency, competency management, and engineering support.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing and managing the TOSM Project Network for technical exchanges across regions
  • Implementing and managing the TOSM Project Support SharePoint
  • Forecasting contract renewals and bid pipelines
  • Defining requirements for special tools based on technologies
  • Assuring project efficiency, including margin, contract renewal, and upsell opportunities
  • Providing 24/7 engineering support to TOSM projects
  • Ensuring on-time distribution and implementation of service and safety bulletins
  • Supporting TOSM projects with mobilization, readiness, problem-solving, and strategy for overhauls and renewals

  • Experience of at least 10 years in Operation and Maintenance in the rail industry
