This role involves managing CAPEX projects, delivering on milestones, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and experience in managing large projects. Strong communication skills in English and French are essential, along with proficiency in project management tools. The job offers a full-time position with opportunities for travel across the EU.

Are you keen to join a team where you will manage the expansion, fit‑out, and launch of operations for state‑of‑the‑art Fulfillment Centers (FCs) that support Amazon’s growth and customer needs? The role involves travel and work in multiple countries and cultures. The position is based in France with 50% of the time traveling domestically or to other EU countries.
You will plan and execute the business case that delivers operational fulfillment centers. Your day may include engaging with all levels of the organization to agree on strategy, attending the site, owning its development from a greenfield to a fully functioning FC, and managing resources to execute activities according to an end‑to‑end schedule. You will make decisions on behalf of the business and see the outcome of these decisions through coordination of stakeholders, both internal and third‑party, culminating in the successful launch of the facility on Day One.
The EU Startup team includes skilled project and program managers who coordinate all activities required to safely build highly complex FCs to network standards across the EU market. The team values work‑life balance and supports new members, enabling managers to meet challenging timelines and frugal budgets for new build expansion and retrofit projects.
