Freelance Liquid Programs Manager – Occitanie Region, France – Interim Contract

We are seeking an experienced Liquid Programs Manager to support a major pharmaceutical program in the Occitanie region. This interim role offers the opportunity to take ownership of strategic and operational activities across liquid manufacturing programs within a highly regulated environment. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate liquid manufacturing programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with project milestones, quality standards, and regulatory expectations
• Oversee program governance, reporting, risk management, and delivery tracking for liquid production initiatives
• Act as the primary program interface between manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain and validation teams
• Support strategic decision-making and operational prioritisation across site and global stakeholders
• Ensure program execution follows pharmaceutical compliance, safety and quality standards
• Drive continuous improvement across program activities, resource coordination, planning and execution
• Prepare and deliver high-level program updates to senior leadership and steering committees

Your Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with significant exposure to liquid manufacturing, fill-finish, or drug product operations
• Proven track record in program or portfolio management within a complex, regulated environment
• Strong experience collaborating with manufacturing, QA, engineering, validation and supply chain functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders, risks, timelines and delivery governance across large-scale initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
• Fluency in English and French
