Description du poste

ANINE BING is looking for a Production & Quality Internto join our Paris HQ.

In this role you will support the Paris Production team across the full product lifecycle - from development through bulk production. You will gain hands‑on experience in fabric sourcing, supplier communication, and quality assurance, working closely with the Design, Merchandising, and QA teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a creative yet process‑driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. They’re collaborative, solutions‑oriented, and energized by building something special together.

This is a full‑time, 6-month internship based in our Paris HQ. An internship agreement (convention de stage) is required.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Support fabric and trim quality assurance: Assist in the development, control, and compliance process to establish and ensure AB fabrics and trims meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate production with suppliers and factories: Help manage production timelines and product conformity, including SMS, TOP deliveries, and related milestones.
  • Contribute to quality control follow‑up: Collaborate with cross‑brand teams on fabric and garment testing processes—review test reports, manage the testing database, and assist in coordinating lab tests (color fastness, shrinkage, etc.).
  • Assist with regulatory compliance: Support documentation and compliance activities, including labeling, REACH requirements, certifications, audits, care instructions, PLM updates, test reports, and QC checklists.
  • Support data management and tracking: Maintain fabric and data archives, perform data entry, update KPI tracking tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in garment risk assessments: Evaluate materials and constructions to identify potential risks, proposing technical alternatives where appropriate.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Liaise with Design, Merchandising, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth coordination of production processes.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in an engineering school or textile university (e.g., ENSAIT, IFTH, HEI, ENSISA, ITECH, etc.) specializing in textile engineering, product development, or materials science.
  • Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fibers, and garment construction; knowledge or interest in quality and CSR topics is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; knowledge of PLM and ERP tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English; working level of French preferred.
  • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • At ANINE BING Paris, we combine creative ambition with a people‑first culture.
  • Compensation based on the education level.
  • Style Perks: Enjoy a generous employee discount and seasonal wardrobe allotments: so you can live the brand, not just represent it.
  • Well‑Being: One additional day off each month to recharge.
  • Daily Life: 13€ Ticket Restaurant and coverage of 50% of transport costs.
