Description du poste

We are looking for a Product Development Engineer (F / M) based in Aubagne.

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities

• Work on STR and RM products (stirred tank single-use bioreactor and rocking motion bioreactors)
• Define specifications: product specification, timeline, resources, budget
• Work in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing: analyze our customers' needs, advise relevant technical development and assess added value to our customers
• Manage the design phase of the project
• Define, manage and follow up qualification tests
• Guarantee the industrialization of the development
• Report the progress of the project
• Write technical documents: protocols, reports
• Follow up changes applied to our products and lead change projects
• Support patent watch and application

What will convince us

• Engineer's degree is mandatory, ideally in mechanics and materials
• 2 years of work experience on project management, ideally in an R&D department
• Specific knowledge (one or more): mechanics, plastics, manufacturing technologies, assembly techniques, prototyping, test plan (DOE)
• Good knowledge of development methodology and Design Thinking
• Will be appreciated: Bio-process and GMP knowledge, SAP and CAD knowledge
• French is mandatory; able to share technical details with production.
• English is mandatory; able to lead meetings and write technical reports.
• German will be appreciated.
• Comfortable with teamwork
• This job requires a lot of autonomy
