The Role

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Non-IT Procurement Manager to help shape and elevate the Procurement function within MSIG Europe. In this role, you will be the key partner for all third‑party engagements in France and across all the countries MSIG Europe has a presence the region. You will drive commercial value, ensure compliance, optimize supplier relationships, and help embed a high‑performing Procurement culture.

What You'll Do

• Act as the main procurement advisor for third‑party spend across MSIG Europe.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to align procurement initiatives with business needs.
• Identify savings opportunities and optimize existing contracts.
• Ensure suppliers meet regulatory, ethical, and CSR standards.
• Develop strong market insights and translate them into smart procurement solutions.
• Negotiate and implement robust supplier contracts and service agreements.
• Maintain preferred supplier lists and ensure timely contract renewals.
• Support procurement best practices and contribute to building a modern, high‑value procurement function.
• Work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across Europe.
