What you do

Your primary responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

  • Support the Category Manager in daily purchasing activities, including supplier sourcing, communication, and contract management.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of requests for quotation (RFQs) and the analysis of tenders.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and compliance.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of purchasing documentation and databases.
  • Analyze purchasing data, such as spend analysis, KPI tracking, and savings measurement, and prepare management reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Optimize data flow and storage across systems through effective Data Management
  • Engage in process improvement projects and contribute to the digitalization of procurement tools.

Technical and Professional Skills
  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in purchasing and supplier management.
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficient in English, with a minimum C1 level proficiency in both written and spoken communication.

  • Demonstrates a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
