vpTech is looking for a Principal Learning and Development to build and lead the vpTech Internal Learning Management Strategy. You will work closely with Group Learning and Development team and partner with the entire vpTech community.

Your day to day responsibilities will be to

• Create an internal scalable "knowledgeable community", facilitate membership and content creation;
• Organize and structure existing learning and development opportunities;
• Implement and constantly develop an LMS/LCMS solution;
• Create and develop a technical network of digital training between peers;
• Acquire adapted solutions, project engineering, support, and internal consulting;
• Reinforce the onboarding practices and the training for newcomers together with the Communication and Talent development team;
• Create easy-to-use and accessible training materials;
• Being a trustful partner for managers in their talentsvelopment and support programs

Requirements

• You have strong experience in building, deploying, and improving LMS and LCMS;
• You have a broad understanding of IT technologies;
• You are emphatic and open-minded;
• You are a good communicator;
• You b4re passionate about engaging people in transversal projects and building communities;
• You are not afraid of taking risks for your teams and making tough decisions;
• You are client and user-oriented, your goal is always heading toward the business needs;
• You are dynamic and able to communicate easily within your teams and across the company;
• You have a good knowledge of Agile principles;
• You have good English skills and feel comfortable when interacting within a multilingual environment
