Pre-Sales
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of open-source technologies. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to provide technical insights, demonstrate the value of open-source solutions, and support clients in adopting and integrating these tools into their environments. This position combines technical acumen with client-facing responsibilities to drive successful pre-sales engagements.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Sales support : Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored open-source solutions that align with their needs.
- Open Source Expertise : Provide in-depth knowledge of open-source frameworks and tools, including their benefits, limitations, and integration capabilities.
- Client Enablement : Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical documentation to help clients understand and adopt open-source technologies.
- Collaboration and Innovation : Work closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to align client needs with technical capabilities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with open-source tools and technologies, especially in DevOps, CI / CD, and infrastructure management.
- Solid understanding of modern software development practices, microservices architectures, and API management.
- Proven ability to conduct technical demos and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar technical client-facing role.
- Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI / CD pipelines is highly desirable.
- Experience contributing to or working with open-source projects is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English and comfortable presenting to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
