The Role

As a pre-sales engineer, you will be a key contributor to Zvolv’s sales growth by sharing your technical knowledge, leading product demonstrations, and giving persuasive presentations to prospective clients. In order to influence client purchasing decisions, it will be essential for you to be able to comprehend customer requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and clearly describe the benefits of our solutions. To join our team in Pune, we are looking for a qualified and experienced pre-sales engineer.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Work together with the sales team to comprehend the needs of the customer and the company’s goals.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the benefits, capabilities, and features of Zvolv’s products.
  • Convert customer needs into technological solutions, then offer those answers in a convincing and straightforward way.
  • Keep up with the newest product improvements, features, and capabilities by working with the product team.
  • To show the viability and worth of Zvolv’s solutions, create and deliver proof of concepts (PoCs).
  • Help with the creation of technical documentation, RFP/RFI answers, and proposals.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers by learning about their technical requirements and tailoring Zvolv’s solutions to meet those needs.
  • Recognize and handle any client objections or concerns by offering the proper technical solutions.
  • Keep abreast with market developments, rival analysis, and new technologies that are pertinent to Zvolv’s products.
  • Take part in trade shows, seminars, and conferences to market Zvolv’s products and build thought leadership.

Qualifications

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Engineering, computer science, or a similar field as a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Pre-sales or technical sales experience in the [industry/technology/sector] with a track record.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • High level of technical proficiency in [related technologies, goods, or solutions].
  • With the capacity to communicate difficult technical topics to audiences who are both technical and non-technical, you have excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • The capacity to translate consumer requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A good cross-departmental collaborator and team player.
  • Self-driven and able to work unsupervised with little guidance.
  • Availability to travel to customer locations as required.
