Directly reporting to the Plant Manager of Sermaises (France) we are looking to hire a Controlling Manager that performs the following functions:

  • Prepares the Management Plan document.
  • Analyses, monitors and controls the monthly management closures.
  • Calculates costs in order to study, analyse and update the profitability per manufactured part.
  • Makes the economic offers as a preliminary step to the commercial offers.
  • Performs the analysis of the results of the Industrial Management and valuation in economic units of the industrial inefficiencies and ineffectiveness (Non-Quality Costs).
  • Analysis of deviations.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of works and in the updating of the necessary documentation for the department.

  • Accounting
Knowledge and Education
  • Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business Studies or similar.
  • Advanced English (C1 or similar).
  • Essential intermediate level of French (B1 or similar).
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Management Control Tools.
  • +3 years of experience in similar positions.
Additional information
  • Availability to live in France for at least 3 years.
