The ideal candidate is a native French speaker with 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing for D2C brands. This role requires collaboration with the Munich HQ and may involve travel. A strong understanding of digital KPIs and performance optimization is essential.

Your mission

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) to take the lead on our paid acquisition efforts in the French market, across both Search (Google / Bing) and Social (Meta / TikTok). As part of the Performance Marketing team at Bears with Benefits, you’ll own both strategy and execution : from budgets and creatives to testing and performance.

This is a role for someone who thrives on impact, moves fast, and is always looking for smarter ways to grow. You’ll work closely with our Munich HQ and play a key role in scaling our DC brand in France.

Take full ownership of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns on Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and Youtube focused on growing our presence in the French market.

  • Manage budgets with a performance mindset, making sure spend is efficient and aligned with growth and return goals.
  • Write clear, engaging and localized ad copy and help shape creative briefs based on real performance insights.
  • Track and optimise campaigns daily : spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and scale what’s driving results.
  • Plan and run smart tests to learn quickly and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Keep up with new trends, platform changes, and new channel opportunities.
  • Report clear, actionable insights with the team to help guide decisions and shape future strategy.
  • Native French speaker (mandatory) with strong written and spoken English .
  • 2-4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google, and Meta for D2C brands.
  • Deep understanding of the platforms, digital performance KPIs, testing, creative
  • strategy, and performance optimisation.
  • Proactive, impact‑focused, and comfortable owning growth for the French market.
  • Willing to travel to Munich on a monthly or bi‑monthly basis for team collaboration.
  • Background in supplements, wellness, or consumer health; experience with pixel tracking, attribution models, or conversion APIs and experience with other platforms, like Youtube, Bing and TikTok are a plus.
