Shelter House was established in 1981 as a grassroots responder to the homelessness crisis in Fairfax County. Since then, the organization has grown alongside the community it serves, partnering with government, private funders, and community members to prevent and end homelessness and domestic violence. About the Role
The People and Culture Coordinator is a key member of the People and Culture team who provides recruiting and HR operational support across the organization. This role partners with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes, while helping ensure People and Culture operations are organized, accurate, and responsive.
