This is a part‑time temporary role, with the possibility of full‑time for the right candidate. The position is open to applicants based anywhere in Europe.

The temporary coverage period is expected to run from February through September, aligned with a planned maternity leave, with the potential for adjustments depending on business needs.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Part‑Time, Temporary Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support our dynamic team and help us continue building the future of women’s health.

This role has two key accountabilities: Payroll Specialist & Benefits Administrator.

As Payroll Specialist, the incumbent is responsible for administering the payroll for EMEA & US, maintaining employee records and inputting data for accurate and efficient payroll delivery.

As Benefits Administrator, the incumbent supports the total rewards leader with the EMEA region and ensures that new employees are enrolled on relevant benefit schemes and leavers are withdrawn.

Your Responsibilities
  • Compiles payroll data and maintains records in accordance with payroll processes.
  • Reporting accurate payroll information to payroll providers.
  • Ensures new employees are reported to the payroll providers in agreed timescales so that they are reported to the social security within legal requirements.
  • Reporting on payroll data to the accounting teams.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with year‑end reporting tasks as required.
  • Assist with accounting queries.
  • Provide audit data and assist with audit requests.
  • Manages the administration and delivery of the employee benefits programs in EMEA.
  • Provides employee data on request to ensure the benefits providers’ records are accurate.
  • Manages the relationships with benefits providers.
  • Responsible for the company car contracts in EMEA and requesting quotes for new orders.
  • Enrolls starters and withdraws leavers in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Prior payroll experience
  • Experience in processing France, Germany, Italy or Belgium Payroll desirable
  • Understanding of data protection regulations like GDPR
  • Familiarity with payroll & HRIS systems
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent high level of attention to detail.
  • Team Player.
  • Ability to find a solution or to deal proactively with work‑related problems.
  • Ability to multitask due to constantly changing priorities and opportunities.
  • Ability to assess multiple tasks and develop a plan to complete them in a logical and efficient manner.
  • Fluent in English written and oral communication
