A leading financial technology firm is seeking a Customer Support representative to assist Swiss clients. This fully remote position requires fluency in French and upper-intermediate English, with no prior experience necessary as training will be provided. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via calls and emails and ensuring a seamless payment experience. Qualifications

About the Project

Join the innovative financial arm one of Switzerlands leading financial institutions.

Following the successful acquisition of ByJuno in 2023 and its merger with Swissbilling the company is now driving the future of digital payment and invoice solutions empowering online and in-store businesses with modern flexible and secure payment methods.

As part of the Customer Support team youll be the first point of contact for Swiss customers ensuring a smooth and transparent payment experience that reflects the companys trusted banking standards.

Your Daily Mission

In this customer-facing role youll :

  • Handle inbound calls and emails from customers in French (and ideally another Swiss language).
  • Provide Tier 1 customer support related to:

Invoice details and payment clarifications

Reminder fees and billing questions

Collection-related inquiries (mild debt collection tasks)

Use internal tools to update customer records and follow up on technical or payment-related issues.

Collaborate closely with your team and escalate more complex cases when needed.

Your goal : Deliver clear empathetic and efficient support while maintaining the brands high standards of trust and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For
  • Languages :
    French C1 (Advanced)
    English B2 (Upper-Intermediate) (required for training)
  • Education / Experience :
    No prior experience required training is provided!
    Background or interest in finance economics or payments is a plus.
  • Skills & Competencies :
    Excellent written and verbal communication
    Solid computer literacy and multitasking skills
    Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary : 1045 EUR gross / month
  • Increase to 1100 EUR after 12 months
  • Increase to 1150 EUR after 36 months
  • Monthly performance bonus : up to 10%
  • Paid training : 25 working days
  • Schedule : Monday-Friday 09 : 00-19 : 00
  • Work model : Fully remote from Greece
  • Relocation Support
  • Option 1 : Full relocation package flight hotel stay and real estate agency fee covered.
  • Option 2 : 250 EUR relocation allowance real estate agency fee (for those relocating independently).
