We are a specialized Web3 engineering lab developing cutting‑edge "Intents" technology to enable seamless cross‑chain interactions. Our mission is to build a decentralized future where smart contracts, AI agents, and financial services sync in real‑time across blockchain networks.

As a Partner Engineer (DevRel), you will be the bridge between our core technology and the global developer ecosystem. This role blends deep hands‑on engineering with developer advocacy. You will act as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for strategic integrations, ensuring that partners and independent developers can easily leverage our protocol within their applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrations & Adoption: Drive the adoption of our protocol by working closely with partners to solve technical challenges and optimize their implementations.
• Technical Enablement: Create high‑quality technical resources, including documentation, tutorials, SDKs, and reference implementations to accelerate the integration process.
• Developer Support: Act as the primary technical PoC for the community. You will provide real‑time assistance and troubleshooting across Telegram, GitHub, X (Twitter), and developer forums.
• Ecosystem Advocacy: Actively monitor developer feedback to advocate for community needs internally, ensuring our product roadmap aligns with user requirements.
• Community Engagement: Conduct workshops, AMAs, and "office hours" to educate developers; build and maintain relationships with key infrastructure teams and tooling providers.
• Engineering Support: Debug and troubleshoot complex integration issues, providing direct hands‑on support to ecosystem projects.

Requirements

• Engineering Background: You are a hands‑on engineer with a strong background in software development, specifically within Web3, blockchain, or smart contract environments.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript is required.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with DevOps (GCP, Kubernetes) and general infrastructure setup is highly desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable documentation and guidance.
• Community Mindset: A genuine passion for building and nurturing developer ecosystems and supporting users across multiple social channels.
• Problem Solver: Comfortable working in an agile startup mode where you are expected to identify technical barriers and proactively address them.
• Equity/Incentives: Token allocation with a 2‑year vesting schedule and a 1‑year cliff.
• Performance Bonus: Up to a 10% annual performance‑based bonus.
