Responsabilités

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects.
• Analyze financial statements, assess quality of earnings, and identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Develop client-ready reports and presentations that inform key investment decisions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including tax, legal, and operational advisors.
• Build strong relationships with clients and assist in business development initiatives.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members.
