What this job can offer:

Sales helps prospective and active customers fully experience Remote’s Global HR Platform. The Sales team responds to inquiries and helps customers understand how to maximize Remote’s full suite of products to meet employment needs. What you bring:
  • Fluent level of Dutch OR French and English
  • Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Lusha)
  • Previous experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent listening and a positive, energetic phone presence
  • Able to think strategically and tactically; maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism or rejection
  • Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self-starter, proactive, brings new ideas to the team
  • Highly self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • Demonstrated success in the areas listed in key responsibilities
  • Remote work experience is not required but considered a plus
Key responsibilities
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote’s value propositions and understand prospects’ needs to determine fit
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call prospects generated by various sources
  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions to begin the sales cycle

Remote’s Total Rewards ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits in all locations we operate. We pay above in-location rates and aim to inspire other companies to recruit global talent and contribute to local wealth in developing countries.

Salary bands are geo-adjusted to reflect geographic differentials as part of our global compensation strategy.

The On-Target Earnings for this position is between $31,500 USD to $70,950 USD. The base salary is 70%. Base pay depends on location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may change.

At Remote, internal mobility is a key growth element, supported by a compensation philosophy that emphasizes pay equity. All compensation changes related to internal moves are reviewed case by case by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team.
