A leading global IT recruitment business is looking for an Oracle Business Analyst to assist with the transition of business processes. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience, strong skills in business process mapping, and knowledge of Oracle ERP/SCM. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, documenting processes, and close collaboration with stakeholders. This role is based in France and offers an opportunity to work on impactful ERP projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Oracle environments.
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems preferred.

Description:My end customer is looking for a strong Oracle Business Analyst to help with business process transition from “as is” to “to be”.

Minimum Years Experience:5 years

5 Key Skills Required:

• Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Good knowledge of Oracle ERP / SCM and Projects processes.
• Conduct impact assessments for defined process and system changes
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Excel and process mapping tools
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP migration programs preferred.

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Facilitate workshops and interviews with business SMEs to capture existing (“As-Is”) processes.
• Document future-state (“To-Be”) processes and requirements for Oracle Fusion, focusing on ERP adn SCM modules.
• Develop process maps using Visio and requirement tracking using Excel or similar tools.
• Analyse deltas between current and future states, highlighting change impacts.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
