With over 60 years of experience, they specialise in combining engineering, spare parts, and services to keep operations running efficiently and sustainably.

Position Overview

They’re currently looking for an experienced Operational Logistics Manager to lead inbound and outbound logistics at their site in Sorgues.

In this role, you’ll oversee the full flow of goods—from warehouse reception to customer delivery—ensuring operations are smooth, timely, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

You’ll manage on-the-ground teams, coordinate closely with supply chain and customer service stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across processes and performance. It’s a hands‑on leadership role with strong operational and strategic dimensions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in an industrial or technical environment. You’re comfortable leading teams, using ERP and reporting tools, and identifying ways to simplify and optimise day‑to‑day workflows. A degree in supply chain, logistics, or industrial management is required.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, as the role involves regular collaboration across teams and countries.
