Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Visual Merchandising (VM) for the EMEA region, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing visually compelling retail displays aligned with Moncler's global brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborating with store teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistency and excellence in visual presentation across all locations within the EMEA region.
  • Analysing store layouts, customer traffic patterns, and sales data to optimize product placement and enhance customer engagement.
  • Managing the setup of new store openings, seasonal updates, and special events with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Leading and inspiring local visual merchandising teams, providing training and guidance to elevate display standards and foster creativity.
  • Coordinating with the Head of VM EMEA to adapt global strategies to regional needs, always maintaining brand coherence.
  • Monitoring competitors' practices and market trends to keep Moncler ahead in innovation and presentation.

This position implies to be available for business trips and working on early morning or night shifts.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Arts & Design, Fashion…
  • 5 years' working experience preferably acquired in luxury fashion industry
  • Enthusiastic team player, willing to work in an international environment
  • Driven to achieve results, a self‑starter who works well on own initiative
  • Rigorous with excellent attention to details
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated and multitasker
  • Proactive, flexible and agile, able to bring new creative ideas
  • Eager to learn and take new challenges
  • Detailed knowledge and sensibility of the product and industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are essential.
  • A True passion for retail, products, design, consumer experience, luxury
  • Fluent in English and Proficient in MS Office (Photoshop, InDesign will be a plus)
