As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will be at the heart of the Group's various development projects on an international scope (3 Business Units : EMEA, AMERICAS & APAC – 3 R&D centers : France, UK & Germany – 4 industrial sites : France & Germany).

In line with the IT& Digitalstrategy, your mission consists of :

Develop andmaintainMicrosoft Power Platform solutions, relying on low-code applications andempowered withAI.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Cloud flows,Copilot Studio agentsand other components.

Interact with Dataverse, Dynamics, Microsoft 365 services, and other APIsor MCP integrations.

Deliver comprehensive support, resolve issues efficiently, and drive enhancements with a focus onmaintainingreliability,optimalperformance, and high service quality.

Assess business needs, review current processes, and suggest automation or improvements.

Support and train business teams to improve their Citizen Developer skills.

Coach our usersandorganizeevents such asour yearlydigitalhackathon.

Your profile

MinimumBac+5 (Master’sdegree or equivalent), with experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 environments.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Power Apps,Power Automate,Copilot Studio& Dataverse

Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM; technical skills are a plus, especiallyJavaScript and C#

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in both technical and functional domains.

Strong listening skills, good written and verbal communication, service-oriented

Genuinecuriosity andenthusiasmfor technology,keeping up withlatest tech trends

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

Proficient in both spoken and written English
