Overview

Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Mechanic (m/f/d) to manage current and future projects, working on Airplane Doors Retrofit.

The position is limited to 2 years for the time being. Onboarding for this position will take place in Donauwörth (Germany). The place of work after training is Toulouse (France).

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Integrating components or sub-assemblies for the assembly of devices or main assemblies
• Conducting self-checks
• Using manual tools or machines to assemble components
• Assembly / disassembly of components
• Performing retrofit and repair activities in the Final Assembly Line and Flight Line at Airbus Commercial

Desired skills and qualifications

• Completed training as a (flight equipment) mechanic or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing
• German: Fluent / proficient in negotiations
• English: Advanced knowledge
• French is a plus
