Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement go-to-market strategies in coordination with product, application, and sales teams
  • Collect and analyze market and customer insights to identify new opportunities and guide segmentation
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support product positioning and adoption
  • Plan and manage successful product launches in collaboration with product management and R&D
  • Drive multi-channel demand generation programs for instruments and consumables
  • Utilize digital marketing tools (SEO / SEM, social media, AI) to boost visibility and revenue
  • Partner with global and regional sales teams to support commercial engagement and enablement
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation and execution
