Marketing Executive

Seoul&Tokyo Ltd, a vibrant local business in the UK that uniquely combines a supermarket and a restaurant under one roof, is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Marketing Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to gain deep insights into our products, services, and target customer segments, and clearly define marketing needs and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to gather and analyse consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Based on research findings, propose actionable recommendations for optimising product pricing, promotional campaigns, and overall brand image.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including social media management (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu), email marketing, and local online promotions.
  • Work effectively with advertising and design teams by clearly communicating marketing goals, monitoring campaign progress, and making timely adjustments based on performance.
  • Continuously track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to support business growth and enhance customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of marketing experience in FMCG, hospitality, or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with mainstream digital marketing tools and social media platforms, along with strong content creation and basic data analysis skills.
