A growing international iGaming company is seeking a Market Expansion Strategy Lead to shape their entry into new markets. You will analyze market opportunities and develop strategies for international growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in the iGaming industry and strong strategic planning skills. As the Market Expansion Strategy Lead, you will shape the company’s entry into new markets and provide a strategic roadmap for international growth. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Account Management, Legal, and Product teams, you will analyze market opportunities, prioritize expansion plans, and ensure the company enters each market with a clear strategy and competitive advantage.
Analyze new markets (competition, regulations, potential clients, growth prospects)
Develop market entry strategies and prioritize expansion opportunities
Deliver market insights and target lists to the Sales team for execution
Collaborate with Legal on compliance and regulatory requirements
Provide Product with recommendations for market-specific adjustments
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure success
Act as a strategic connector between Sales, AM, Legal, and Product teams
Join client meetings when strategic input is required
Proven experience in the iGaming industry (providers, operators, platforms)
Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills
Deep understanding of the B2B iGaming ecosystem and regulatory specifics
Fluent Russian and English, other languages are a plus
Based in Europe or LatAm, open to remote work
Analytical and structured thinking
Ability to process information quickly and make data-driven decisions
Strategic mindset with a “big picture” view
Proactivity, independence, and excellent communication skills
