We are looking for you as a service technician. Your task is to carry out heavy repairs and overhauls on battery systems in our production facility in Pfastatt

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the availability and reliability of the product during the warranty and service phases
• Increasing customer satisfaction by providing services at a high level
• Play a part in improving the design of future battery systems
• Performing maintenance (preventive and corrective repairs) and fault reporting on the battery system
• Preparing reports on repairs and warranty work
• Commissioning prototype and production batteries in-house
• Supporting the team in the investigation of technical problems

Qualifications

• Vocational training in the electrical field
• Desirable several years of professional experience
• Knowledge of occupational safety and accident prevention / Dedication to safety
• Willingness to travel for service assignments, Systematic and quality-oriented working method, Good manual skills
• Customer orientation / Autonomy
• Multi-functional & multi-cultural communication / English mandatory
