Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician M/F reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

Description of key activities and responsibilities:

• Maintain the proper functioning of the production tool and utilities in compliance with the health, safety and quality rules related to our activity
• Acting as a technical referent within the maintenance team
• Independently carry out complex maintenance operations in several areas of expertise
• Determine the causes of malfunctions and the actions to be implemented to remedy them; propose technical improvements
• Intervene to carry out palliative and/or corrective actions and verify the effectiveness of these actions
• Contact the line manager before any intervention requiring a line stop, and report interventions to the line manager and hierarchy
• Assist production during format changes and various adjustments
• Daily round of utilities (steam, cold production, compressed air, etc.)
• Carry out all planned preventive maintenance work according to the defined ranges
• Update technical documentation
• Have an active participation in various factory projects
• Fill in MVPOne CMMS (activity entry, activity type, ...)
• Contribute to the proper management of spare parts stock
• Apply quality procedures
• Comply with procedures and commitments aimed at protecting the environment
• Follow safety instructions
