Une entreprise de génie civil recherche un technicien de maintenance pour assurer la réparation et l'entretien d'équipements variés. Le candidat idéal aura une formation en mécanique pour machines lourdes et des compétences en maintenance préventive. Ce poste est à temps plein, situé à Montargis, et implique la documentation des interventions et le respect d'un planning d'entretien.

Qualifications

• Formation initiale en mécanique pour machines de chantier ou véhicules lourds.
• CACES pour machines non productives requis.

Responsabilités

• Réception du matériel à rénover.
• Maintenance et entretien des équipements mécaniques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
• Rédiger des rapports d'intervention et tenir à jour les fichiers de service.

Description du poste

Eiffage Gnie Civil est prsente dans lensemble des spcialists du gnie civil. Ses quipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu la construction mais aussi en rparation et en maintenance et en dmolition sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et linternational.

Responsibilities

• Receive the equipment to be refurbished
• Receive the instructions for the operations to be undertaken
• Check the adequacy of the equipment and tools in relation to the operations to be undertaken
• Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the tidying of the work environment
• Assist with preparing interventions (parts orders) in conjunction with line manager
• Receive parts, ensure they match the orders, and notify line manager in case of any non-conformities
• Adhere to a maintenance schedule
• Maintenance and servicing of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized equipment
• Participate in the installation of equipment if necessary
• Detect the nature and origin of any malfunction or anomaly (preventive and remedial maintenance) and identify the corresponding level of complexity and urgency
• Provide remedial and corrective services: diagnosis, repairs, restoration
• Perform preventive maintenance on technical installations and/or industrial equipment
• Proceed with the replacement of specific parts (bearings, mechanical seals, etc.)
• Ensure the traceability of your work: draft intervention reports and fill in equipment records (CMMS document or machine file)
• Document the equipment before intervening
• Account for your activity; report problems encountered, make recommendations for replacement parts and interventions
• Verify the checkpoints on the workshop file checklist
• Fill in and enrich the machines workshop file
• For industrial mechanics: ensure technological intelligence on repair techniques, standards and new equipment
• Use and maintain the automaton
• Carry out metalwork if necessary
• Manage stocks of parts consumables or equipment to avoid stock-outs if necessary
• Fill in and keep up-to-date machinery service logs

Requirements

Initial training in mechanics for works machinery or heavy vehicles (CAP – Certificate of vocational aptitude, BEP – Diploma of occupational studies, Occupational diploma or BTS – Technician certificate in mechanics). CACES: Operation of non-production machinery – forklift truck, lifting crane, aerial work platform.

Working Environment

Reporting line: Workshop foreman or Team leader or Site supervisor.

Internal relations: Workshop / building site teams.

External relations: Delivery drivers, Maintenance technicians, Supervising offices.
