A leading video game company in Lyon is looking for a Live Project Coordinator for The Crew franchise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of live operations and maintain a high level of service for players. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a passion for the video game industry, and the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously. Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in game production, particularly GaaS/Live services.
  • Must handle complex tasks effectively.

Responsabilités

  • Manage the In-Game News calendar and oversee integration into the game.
  • Track Live bugs in collaboration with LiveQA teams.
  • Plan and organize game maintenance operations.
  • Act as a liaison with internal Ubisoft teams.
  • Organize early-access testing with players.
  • Monitor KPIs related to your scope.
  • Handle operational project management tasks.

Live Project Coordinator (W/M/NB) – The Crew Franchise

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Live Associate Producer, who will support your skill development, you will be in charge of ensuring the smooth execution of Live operations and maintaining a high level of quality service for players, while taking community expectations into account.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the In-Game News calendar and oversee their integration into the game
  • Track Live bugs in collaboration with the LiveQA teams
  • Plan and organize game maintenance operations
  • Act as a liaison and ensure communication with various internal Ubisoft teams on all topics related to The Crew franchise
  • Organize early-access testing phases with players, while addressing the needs and dependencies of the Production teams
  • Monitor KPIs related to your scope and ensure the quality and reliability of these indicators
  • Handle operational project management tasks (meeting organization, note-taking, reporting, JIRA follow-up, etc.) and provide regular updates to your manager
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), strong communication skills
  • Passion for the video game industry, good knowledge of game production, particularly GaaS/Live services
  • Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously, handle complexity, and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment made up of diverse teams
