Vous serez responsable de la souscription des traités L&H, de la gestion des relations inter-organisationnelles et du développement de stratégies en réassurance. Qualifications

• 8 ans d'expérience en assurance ou réassurance requise.
• Expérience en interaction avec les organismes de réglementation.
• Solide connaissance des produits L&H et des stratégies de gestion de capital.

Responsabilités

• Souscrire aux traités L&H pour AXA SA en respectant les normes de gouvernance interne.
• Gérer le placement de la protection vie du groupe et optimiser les conditions.
• Contribuer aux stratégies de réassurance L&H et identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Group Underwriting Office (GUO).

Within this Department, you will be part of the team Group Ceded Reinsurance .

The Group Ceded Reinsurance department has the following missions :

1. Define and implement the AXA Group's reinsurance strategy.

2. Protect the earnings and balance sheets of the Group and its subsidiaries.

3. Analyze risks of hedged portfolios to determine appropriate reinsurance structures and leverage mutualization at the Group level.

4. Implement solutions that optimize the Group's internal capacities and facilitate risk transfers to external markets.

5. Ensure the security and efficiency of reinsurance operations for the Group and its subsidiaries.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES :

• Underwrite L&H treaties for AXA SA, ensuring compliance with internal governance and risk management standards.
• Manage the placement of the Group Life protection, optimizing terms and conditions to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including DCFG and entity management, to support and enhance capital management deals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the L&H reinsurance strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Establish and maintain proper governance frameworks for L&H treaty underwriting, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes impacting L&H reinsurance and proactively adjust strategies accordingly.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience :

• Master in Insurance, Actuarial, Finance or Legal
• At least 8-year experience in insurance or reinsurance
• Experience in interacting with regulatory bodies, particularly in relation to governance and compliance issues
• Strong knowledge / expertise in Life & Health
• Proficiency in capital management strategies related to L&H products.
• Knowledge of insurance and reinsurance techniques, products and markets
• Risk Analysis (data / wordings / structures)

Languages :

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
