You will be laser-focused on designing and balancing the feel and challenge of the levels that can entertain millions of players for the long term. As the driving force behind the game\'s level-based progression, you\'ll leverage both creative design and quantitative insights to ensure Gear Fight becomes our next global hit.

  • Utilize player feedback, analytics and A/B testing frameworks to rigorously evaluate level performance. You will be expected to interpret data to identify points of friction, re-balance content, and validate your design hypotheses.

  • Design levels that intuitively teach game mechanics through gameplay, reducing the reliance on explicit tutorials and fostering a sense of discovery for the player.

  • A systems-thinking approach; you must be able to articulate how a new mechanic or level element will impact game balance, the economy, and player psychology on a systemic level.
