We’re looking for a passionate and data-driven Lead Generation Manager to take full ownership of lead generation through AI, automation, and advanced sales operations .
You’ll join our Revenue Operations team , reporting directly to Alexandre, Head of Lead Generation , and work with two Lead Gen interns, Gauthier and Maxence .
combine strategy, execution, and innovation to continuously improve how we build and convert our pipeline.
Work closely with two Senior Enterprise AEs on their lead generation strategy and delivery.
Own the Total Addressable Market (TAM) for each Account Executive and ensure optimal coverage and penetration.
Provide market insights and segmentation expertise to guide their go-to-market strategy.
Build AI-powered lead lists integrating intent data, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and event triggers.
Book meetings for our Sales thanks to our 2.0 lead gen stack (Clay, Sales Navigator, Lemlist).
Lead strategic calling initiatives (“Minari Calling”) to book meetings with Enterprise accounts.
You’ll be part of our internal “Sales Innovation Lab”, testing new tools, features, and approaches.
We’ll rely on your strategic insights more than tool mastery.
Your expertise will help scale best practices across the entire Sales organization.
2 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR / BDR Management, or Growth Marketing roles.
Strong interest in AI, or prior experience in the field, is a plus
Solid background in outbound prospecting, campaign design, and pipeline generation.
Experience in a SaaS or Tech environment is highly valued.
Strong knowledge of modern sales tools (CRM, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Modjo, etc.).
Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
Proven ability to drive outbound performance and achieve meeting-generation KPIs.
Strong grasp of sales automation, intent data, and AI-based enrichment workflows.
Analytical mindset : you know how to measure, iterate, and optimize lead generation performance.
Comfortable collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
Results-driven : you focus on tangible business outcomes, not just activity metrics.
